“The Awakening" Due to the overwhelming response and success of the first Unity Healing & Wellness event, INNER VIBE SOUND has partnered with E-Life Media and the Black Awakening Movement to bring Unity Healing & Wellness Part 2 “The Awakening" in order to continue the conversation of well being and to give further insight on social issues that affect our community. The purpose of the event is to inform the community and inspire individuals to work together as a collective in order to prevent injustice while encouraging holistic health and healing in all aspects of life: spiritual, physical, and psychological. This event will feature a powerful lecture from Dr. Baruch Ben-Yehuda, (Naturopathic Educator and Health Literacy Expert) CEO and Founder of Everlasting Life Restaurant & Lounge. Dr. Baruch will revisit his initial presentation for those who missed Unity Healing and Wellness Part 1 and continue with a special addition called “The Thrival Guide” (a road map for melanated people into the future). INNER VIBE SOUND is committed to making information and resources readily available to community members who would like to make a positive impact in their environment. Join us for a Q&A session and an open panel discussion with other community leaders and organizations after the lecture. Unity Healing Wellness Part 2: “The Awakening” event will also feature live edu-tainment, spoken word, African drum and dance as well as healthy food and an array of vendors.
