The Edge Hill Rounders are an acoustic group featuring vocal harmonies and blend cowboy, hillbillly, hippie and folk into Cosmic Acoustic American Revival
The Edge Hill Rounders have a distinctive sound. Tim and Paul draw inspiration for their vocal harmonies from brothers like Ira and Charlie Louvin and from legendary pairings like Gram Parsons and Chris Hillman of the Flying Burrito Brothers. This is layered over bass and guitar with a healthy dose of mandolin picking. At an Edge Hill Rounders performance you will hear some of your favorite songs and some that you don't but will wish you had discovered them a long time ago.
Biography
Highlights of Chuck Brenna's 30 year musical history include performances at CBGB's, and the Stone Pony opening for acts such as the Ramones, Shrapnel, Fishbone, Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes, John Eddie, and the Art of noise.

Tim Cheney was born in Lawton, Oklahoma. He took up the mandolin because his hands were so tiny. The best thing to do is just nod your head and act like you agree with him because that way he will stop talking sooner. He has shared the stage with luminaries such as Chuck Brenna of Duck Tape although not very well, as he spreads his gear out all over taking up way more than his fair share of the stage.
Paul Mamolou began his musical oddity at the top with the super group Circus. Since then he has appeared on stages at such fabled venues as The Main Point, The Keswick Theater, the Academy of Music and even Giant Stadium. The Edge Hill Rounders marks his return to the folk, country, bluegrass, rock fusion that has made him a legend in his own mind.
