Come celebrate the brilliance of Black LGBTQ+ artists in Philly! QT Noir Arts Festival is a 2-day joy session for and by Black QT folks. The festival highlights visual art, performances, and vending by members of the community. Both days are free and open to the public, but we ask that you register in advance. The festival is made possible by a Leeway Foundation Art and Change Grant, and sponsored in part by Wawa.
