The Ebony Law is very much needed in Pennsylvania! A statewide alert system specifically designed to help find missing Black children and young Black women between the ages of 12 and 25. Black youth account for 38% of missing persons cases; Black children make up close to 33% of missing child cases but receive less media attention.
