Hey, You Lucky Stuff!

"Hey, You Lucky Stuff!" a play inspired by "Nordic Personality & Arctic Syndrome", takes us to the summer of 1982, where college-bound Andy travels to Inuvik, Nunavut, (north of the Arctic Circle) to re-unite with his estranged father, Cezar. As the town’s Polish Lutheran missionary, Cezar is intent on converting Andy while he dreams of drilling for black gold between booze binges and working dull jobs. In Inuvik the sun doesn’t set during the summer and Donald(the blind Inuit who lives in Cezar’s mud room) enlightens Andy’s journey. All profits go towards, Pauktuutit Inuit Women of Canada.
